This website and your medical records
This public website provides general information about Reed Medical Group, its clinicians, locations, and services. It is not a patient portal and is not intended for medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, prescription requests, or urgent medical communications. Do not use a website form for an emergency or include sensitive medical information. Call 911 for an emergency and contact the office by phone for patient-care matters.
This website privacy policy does not replace Reed Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices for protected health information. Contact the office if you need a copy of that notice or want to exercise rights involving your medical record.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate this website and respond to requests:
- General inquiries: name, email address, optional phone number, preferred location, and the message you choose to submit.
- Employment applications: contact information, preferred location and position, education and credential information, and an uploaded résumé.
- Security and delivery data: limited technical information needed to deliver pages, protect forms from abuse, and diagnose failures, such as request time, browser information, IP address, Cloudflare security signals, response status, and a request or Ray identifier.
- Site measurement: limited events such as page views, telephone-link clicks, and successful form submissions. The site uses Cloudflare Analytics Engine for first-party aggregate reporting and the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. Google may receive technical information such as the page URL, browser and device details, and advertising click identifiers. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, or medical information to analytics or advertising services.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, route requests to the appropriate location, evaluate job applicants, protect the website and forms, troubleshoot delivery, maintain records required for business or legal purposes, and improve the reliability and accessibility of the site. We do not use website-form content for advertising profiles.
Form delivery and service providers
Website forms are processed by Cloudflare Pages and Workers, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered by Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service to Reed Medical Group’s Microsoft 365 email environment. Authorized website editors use GitHub for article publishing. These providers process information only as needed to supply their respective services and are governed by their own contractual and privacy terms.
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Website error logs are designed not to record the name, email address, phone number, free-text message, IP address, or résumé from a failed submission.
Maps, videos, and external links
Some pages contain embedded Google Maps or YouTube videos. When an embedded feature loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page you visited, and may use cookies or similar storage under Google’s policies. Links to social networks and other external websites take you to services controlled by those organizations. Their privacy practices apply after you interact with them.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Google tag may use cookies or similar browser storage to distinguish visits, preserve advertising-click attribution, and measure whether an advertisement resulted in a telephone click or successful form submission. Cloudflare may use short-lived security technologies needed to detect automated abuse and protect the site. Embedded Google services may also use their own cookies or local storage. You can control or clear cookies through your browser, although blocking measurement storage may limit attribution and blocking required security storage may prevent a form from working.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with Reed Medical Group personnel who need it, vendors that help operate or secure the website and deliver communications, or government and legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not send website-form contents or medical information to advertising platforms.
Retention
We retain inquiries and employment materials only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose submitted, operational follow-up, security, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Security records are kept for limited operational periods. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified according to applicable procedures.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information submitted through this website, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw consent for promotional communications. Call (941) 677-7220 to make a request. Requests concerning clinical records or protected health information are handled under Reed Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law.
Communications
If you provide contact information and consent, Reed Medical Group may respond by phone, email, or SMS. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You may withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time; necessary non-promotional communications concerning an existing relationship may still be sent as permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
