Dr. Brian Schutzbach, MD

Dr. Brian Schutzbach MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine in the Bradenton/Sarasota area with 10 years of experience in medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina in 2017.
Dr. Schutzbach practices full-scope family medicine and brings his experiences to help guide patients to meet their health care goals. He has cared for patients in the inpatient, outpatient, urgent care and on the sideline. Dr. Schutzbach has made it his mission to spend the time explaining to his patients in terms they can understand. He approaches treatment as a blend of medical gold standard treatments as well as using alternative treatment approaches when needed in order to provide the best care for patients.

Intermediate Primary Care
Designed for individuals with one to two chronic health conditions. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:
- Biannual visits
- Biannual lab work
- Quarterly HM
- Coordination of age-appropriate screening measures
- Referral to appropriate specialists as needed
- Case manager
Advanced Primary Care
Designed for individuals with multiple chronic health conditions. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:
- Quarterly visits
- Quarterly lab work
- Coordination of age appropriate screening measures
- Coordination of care with specialists

Intensive Care
Designed for individual with declining health requiring frequent visits, home care, hospice, and frequent hospitalizations. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:
- 4-6 week visits
- Quarterly lab work plus additional as needed

- Coordination and monitoring of home care
