Reed Medical Group offers concierge acute care, medical weight loss, Florida Medical Marijuana (MMJ), and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)  through a membership-based model. We keep our patient panel small. This gives you more time with your doctor and faster responses. You receive care based on your history, symptoms, and goals. No rushed visits. No waiting rooms full of strangers.

Acute Care

Perfect for snowbirds or others with established primary care physicians. Reed Medical Group offers concierge acute care through a membership-based model. 

• Same day visits for acute issues
• Prescription drug refills while in town
• Responsive access through office
• Longer visits with your physician
• 24/7 direct communication by phone, text, or email
• In-office lab work, minor procedures, and immunizations

Basic Primary Care

Perfect plan for healthy individuals. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:

• Annual health visit plus labs
• Quarterly health maintenance visits (In person or virtual)
• Coordination of age appropriate screening measures
• Rx refills year round

Intermediate Primary Care

Designed for individuals with one to two chronic health conditions. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:

• Biannual visits
• Biannual lab work
• Quarterly HM
• Coordination of age-appropriate screening measures
• Referral to appropriate specialists as needed
• Case manager

Advanced Primary Care

Designed for individuals with multiple chronic health conditions. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:

• Quarterly visits
• Quarterly lab work
• Coordination of age appropriate screening measures
• Coordination of care with specialists
• Case manager

Intensive Care

Designed for individual with declining health requiring frequent visits, home care, hospice, and frequent hospitalizations. This plan includes all the benefits from Acute Care plus the following:

• 4-6 week visits
• Quarterly lab work plus additional as needed
• Coordinate of appropriate screening measures
• Coordination and monitoring of home care
• Coordination and monitoring of hospice care
• Home visits available for additional fee
• Case manager

Medical Mariuana Package (MMJ)

Doctor-prescribed medical marijuana is used to manage chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, and other qualifying conditions. Under medical supervision, patients receive tailored recommendations for dosage, form, and frequency based on their symptoms and health history. 

• Initial office visit
• Assist with registration
• Telehealth to Renew Card (7 mos)

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a personalized medical treatment used to address hormone imbalances, often related to aging, menopause, or low testosterone. Under a physician’s care, HRT is carefully tailored to each patient’s needs, with regular follow-ups and lab testing to ensure safety and effectiveness. 

• Annual provider visit with lab draw
• Quarterly lab draws
• Quarterly telehealth follow-up
• Approximately 4 procedures per year for female / 2 procedures per year for male (pellets not included)
• Special member pricing for labs and pharmaceuticals
